My VCH Piercing Experience

Several of the women that The Hubby and I have met lately have VCH (vertical clitoral hood) piercings.  I’ve never seriously considered a piercing before – always been too scared of the pain – but I’m intrigued by this one. Not only can it enhance your stimulation, I think it is a pretty addition to a beautiful body part.  After thinking it over these last six weeks or so and doing tons of online research, I decided to just do it and get pierced.

Once at the salon, the piercer talked to me about the process, aftercare and all the risks.  He then had me come back to a private room where he checked my anatomy to make sure that I was a good candidate for the piercing.  Everything was good there.  He talked to me about jewelry.. he always uses curved barbells made of surgical stainless steel, but I had to choose the size.  14 gauge vs. 12 gauge.  I ended up choosing the 12 gauge since he said it was safer for rougher play.  The last thing I want is to rip the piercing out.  Ouch!!

Then things got serious.  I got in the chair, feet up in the stirrups and legs spread wide.  The piercer cleaned the area, marked the spot to hit, placed the needle receiving tube and pierced me.  Oh.My.God!!!  It hurt so much worse than I thought it would.  The good thing is that the pain only lasted a few seconds.  He placed my barbell and wiped it down with saline to “cool it off”. It was over.  I actually had a piercing.  I was a little embarrassed afterwards because I felt faint.  It must happen often, because the piercer gave me a glass of water and two glucose tablets.  I sat in the chair while he cleaned up and started feeling better.  He was really sweet – talked to me the entire time and didn’t rush me out of the room before I was OK.

I was sore the rest of the afternoon.  It didn’t hurt exactly but it was tender.  I’ll admit that I was pretty uncomfortable for the first 3-4 days.  I was taken by surprise every time the lower ball would roll over my clit.  I don’t know how to describe the feeling other than it stung or felt like a zap.  I think it was just my body trying to get used to the increased sensation because that feeling just went away on its own.

The Hubby and I didn’t have sex until day 4 after the piercing.  We started out with me on top so that I could control the amount of stimulation in that area.  I was really REALLY sensitive and it felt so good but we did have to go pretty gentle once The Hubby took control.  I had an awesome orgasm that night.

We’ve had more sex.  The Hubby is rougher with me now (the way I like it).  All in all I am very happy with my VCH piercing.  I love the increased stimulation.  I can’t say that it makes me more orgasmic, I’ve never had a problem in that area, but my orgasms are more intense.  I’m hoping that as the area fully heals that I will be able to have multiple orgasms more often.  Only time will tell.  😉

Do you have a piercing?  What do you like about it?

If you are interested in getting any type of piercing, I highly suggest checking out the info at The Piercing Bible.  Great info there and check out her list of preferred piercers.

The piercing has come out for good.  It just wasn’t meant for me.  It never really settled down and stayed sensitive and tender.  What’s the point of having it if you can’t enjoy it? After doing a little internet research, I removed the stainless barand replaced it with a titanium barbell.  There wasn’t any change.  I think that a metal sensitivity was the cause.  When I took the barbell out, the area right around the piercing was hard to the touch… like scar tissue was trying to build up around it.

Removed it and had awesome sex with The Hubby that night.  I made up my mind to leave it out.  I loved the way it looked but just couldn’t deal with the tenderness.  I can always go back and look at the pics.  🙂
